Vineeta, a graduate from Calcutta University is a co-promoter of Blue Eye and has been spearheading the administration, operations and commercial functions of Blue Eye. She is very diligent and hard task master. She has been also taking care of inhouse HR functions and employee engagement.
Blue Eye is foraying into education and finishing school, very soon which will be taken care by her too.
Mr, Pranay Mishra, a veteran, CXO head hunter have founded Blue Eye in 2007 and have been spearheading the business since 15 years. A Calcutta University Graduate with PG in Computer Application and Multimedia have made his mark in the Talent Acquisition and Management Industry.
Blue Eye, under the leadership of Mr. Mishra have been the most sought after HR and Talent Acquisition partner for Core sectors such as Steel, Cement, Mining, Infrastructure and BFSI domain year after year. Mr. Mishra is
also on boards of several other large corporates as an Independent Director.
